Relationship coaching focuses around helping individuals build fulfillment in their relationships, most typically in their romantic relationships. I help my clients address problems that decrease the fulfillment gained from their relationship while increasing the positive habits that are already present. Relationship coaching is not couples therapy, just as life coaching is not psychotherapy.

As a relationship coach I can help you uncover the essence of what you want out of a partnership, guide you around painful issues, and create a safe cocoon as you face your fears and discover your true desires. I coach on a variety of issues on connecting with your true self, believing first; you cannot have a healthy fruitful relationship with another until you have a healthy fruitful relationship with yourself.

As an intimacy coach, I help individuals and couples achieve more intimacy in their relationships. Intimacy coaching is not about the physical act of sex, but explores the entire realm of sexuality. My goal as an intimacy coach is to empower you with knowledge needed to fulfill your relationship and bedroom goals. The knowledge you need isn't always easy to find or tailored to fit your situation, which is why I provide a welcoming environment where judgement-free exploration takes place without fear or shame. Together we will explore your unique fantasies and create an individualized plan to help you achieve them.
