My name is Nate'. I'm an author, writer, and speaker. I am a woman of passion, vision, and purpose.

Being a coach provides me the opportunity to help people who may be stuck or simply want help moving forward in life.  Like many others, I've been through some extremely unpleasant times in my life. I didn't always have someone to talk to about the challenges that those tough times brought about or I was too afraid to talk about it. That left me living my life in fear and in survival mode for most of my life.

I made the decision that I no longer desired to live that way and sought help. The result of that help was so profound, it led me to conclude that I desired to help others who may need some assistance in becoming unstuck.
